100% Denier. Imported. The overall size when closed is 3.5 (L) x 3.5 (W) x 9 (H) inches (8.9 x 8.9 x 22.9 cm). The overall size when open is 3.5 (L) x 4.5 (W) x 9 (H) inches (8.9 x 11.4 x 22.9 cm). Upper and lower zipper garages keep the zipper from dangling and making noise. There is also a bottom drainage grommet, which allow for any spilled liquids to drain from the lower area of the pouch. An adjustable dual position bungee retention allows you to change the position of the bungee cord to fit multiple different sizes of bottles. The TPU-840D nylon composite attachment backing allows for modular attachment to larger bags or packs. Two (2) Tactile PJC5 Polymer Joining Clips are included for modular attachment. A rear pocket is provided for extra storage, and a custom Positive Grip zipper pull makes opening the pouch faster and easier.

Another successful Maxpedition purchase.

I love Maxpedition Stuff! I attached this water bottle holder to my Red Rock Outdoor Sling. What I didn't realize when I bought it is that it has an extra pocket that opens thanks to those awesome Maxpedition handles. It's big enough to put a cell phone, wallet, etc. The expandable water bottle case fits 1 and 1.5 liter smart water bottles (which I use at the gym) and also fits my 36 ounce Rtic bottle. It has an elastic cord that you can wrap around your water bottle to keep it from dangling…

Maxpediton is exceptional!

I like this product. I see areas for improvement as no product is 100% perfect. I wish this one was a little taller, deeper, wider and didn't taper at the bottom. I also wish there was a tab or something on the side of the bottle pouch to attach the drawstring to so it doesn't snag on the cap of the bottle in use. I use a hiking kit in mine so I can't grab anything to keep in my bag and with the tapered bottom it doesn't fit very deep in my bag. Just a thought. That would make him a little more

Will not fit 40 ounce water bottle

Great product if you are carrying smaller water bottles than a 40 ounce hydro. While 40 ounces will do, it won't sit deep in your pocket. The zipper narrows usable space, making the last few inches of the bag unsuitable for a water bottle up to 40 ounces. They have a "tether" that can secure your water bottle, but don't count on your bottle staying in the bag if you're hiking or doing a lot of exercise. The molle straps are very well made and very easy to attach. Behind the bottle compartment…

Great addition to kit

I have two of these to hang on either side of my Maxpedition Vulture II which needs bottle holders as I don't use my bladder. Maxpedition is also available in a different size so you can choose the one that works best for your specific bottles. They are built like a tank. Fabric, zips, cord, webbing, drainage capacity, all standard Maxpedition quality stiffeners. The retention cord slips down if you don't want it, don't use the cord if you just want to pull out the bottle (and remember to swap…

A good product. Works well and corresponds to the description.

Short review: Good product. Works well and corresponds to the description. If you need a good MOLLE compatible bottle cage, this one will do. You will not be disappointed. Long test: The sachet is pretty easy to drink. Containers slide in and out easily. The bag is stiff enough to be held open well enough for one-handed operation. It has a nice fit when connected to MOLLE. The patented Maxpedition attachment system used in this pouch is easy to use and works well with MOLLE. The bag holds many…

Normal quality Maxpedition

This bottle cage sat in my save for later basket for several years before I bought it as I couldn't imagine spending money on such a single use item. Well, it _is_ expensive and _is_ highly specialized. But the purchase is not so bad. The material is thick and feels durable, and the layout feels practical and useful. While mine is primarily intended for use in a car storing a curbside hot drink kit, I also have another Maxpedition product on hand that has a shoulder strap and if you use that…
