I have two of these to hang on either side of my Maxpedition Vulture II which needs bottle holders as I don't use my bladder. Maxpedition is also available in a different size so you can choose the one that works best for your specific bottles. They are built like a tank. Fabric, zips, cord, webbing, drainage capacity, all standard Maxpedition quality stiffeners. The retention cord slips down if you don't want it, don't use the cord if you just want to pull out the bottle (and remember to swap out the front zip beforehand if needed to allow for easy movement). You can use them for other quick bag types. What I particularly like about these pouches is that they can be sealed when not in use. There's no giant empty sack dangling around. And while they're well built, they don't have a whole ton of extra stuff on them. Whilst there is a secondary zippered section behind to stash small phones or other thinner items, be aware that this may interfere with your front bottle pocket. Check the size to ensure your particular bottle will fit comfortably. I seriously love her.
