Works as described - Solenoids

Works great. Necessary relay for a compressor with a constant current of 20-25 amps. Others evaluated continuously but unsuccessfully

Pros
  • A lot of positive emotions
Cons
  • There are nuances

Broke in less than 2 weeks of use.

failed in less than 2 weeks. I grounded it to bare metal and it allows current to flow continuously even with the trigger cable disconnected.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • no instructions

The best starter relay among the solenoids

It was physically made almost like the old relay but the contacts were too short and I had to do a bit of rewiring to connect it to the system. It works fine but needs to be replaced with a relay with longer contacts to reconnect properly.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Updates available

Chinese tolerances do not match!

I needed a replacement tripping magnet on a dump trailer. This one was right out of the box at times. I paid another $14 to buy an American made solenoid from a local dealer and the problem was solved. Buyer Warning!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • When in doubt

Heats up, probably not suitable for continuous use

Even with no current through the main contacts, it gets so hot that I burn my hand touching it. Heats up in about ten minutes. This is when both feet are on the ground. I wouldn't recommend it for continuous use, but probably good for intermittent use. Replaced by another.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance

Great product, the best among starters and parts

This solenoid is well made and a great product compared to buying from an auto parts store. I have an old 1995 Ford F350 dump truck that needed a new solenoid on the hydraulic pump for lifting. I've had trouble finding a three pin in auto parts stores. This one fits perfectly and works well. The price can only cheer.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
