The best place for your porcelain throne!

The most comfortable toilet seat I've sat on in a long time. This is not a cheap Walmart toilet seat. It doesn't leave my legs numb from circulatory cuts no matter how long it takes to get things done. If you are looking for a good seat for your porcelain throne, get one. Ouch. And another plus - metal hinges. And they're not lying, it hasn't eased up yet and has been for a few weeks. The one we got from Walmart lasted 2 days before the hinge broke. let me tell you Trying to place a deuce withโ€ฆ

Good old fashioned sturdiness with clever torque limiting mounting nuts.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I changed cheap plastic seats. You have a good strong feeling. Installation couldn't be easier. The hardest part is removing the old toilet seat. All you have to do is screw a couple of small threaded rods into the fixed part of the hinges and attach a plastic spacer to each. You place the seat through the toilet with threaded rods. Now just use a 1/2" wrench (socket is better) or socket on the nuts to tighten the seat. Here's the genius part. The nutsโ€ฆ

Crap loops! Do not be fooled.

When I first installed this seat I wrote a 5 star review specifically citing "brushed nickel hinges". I hate toilet seat hinges that rust (and I hate plastic hinges even more) so I figured I'd finally found a manufacturer who spent an extra twenty cents and installed hinges that last a long time and don't go bad. I recently did a deep clean. my bathroom. I sprayed Clorox bathroom cleaner with bleach all over the seat to restore a clean white finish. After three days I noticed what looked likeโ€ฆ
