🚽 MAYFAIR ELONGATED Enameled 144CP Toilet Seat - Enhanced Durability Review

I bought this product less than five months ago and a few days ago the toilet seat was BROKEN BETWEEN HALVES (see photos). I only weigh 120 pounds so be aware. Also, the paint or coating used for coloring wears out with the slightest chemical contact. Also, bodily fluids (disgusting as it sounds) will permanently stain the underside of the toilet seat due to the cheap paint. Keep browsing, this product is not worth your attention.

Many of the comments are correct, but the star rating is inexplicably high. I also chose to do this online because bronze hardware is hard to find at retail, and as another reviewer pointed out, it's not exactly what bronze is typically good for. But aside from that, mine arrived with peeling paint (in an area that can't have been caused by shipping) and a severely misaligned hinge (again, unrelated to shipping). I returned it and continued. I bought this in May and installed it a month later / It has held up to date when it cracked in exactly the same spot as the previous one. 2 bumpers, a few years ago most seats had 4 and some had 6. . And now I see that Revain has bumper packs that attach to the seat. I will be ordering extra bumpers for my medium and large rear to sit on. Bemis and Mayfair are required to list recommended weight limits for their products. If you weigh over 200 pounds, buy a more durable product. Mayfair Molded

I've bought maybe 3 of these seats and they're great, but the seat always cracks in the same spot. As long as they hold up they're great, but one wrong move and they'll break! The last one, when my husband installed it, he moved it back a little (I have no idea what that means) to see if it would hold up better with my big ass shifting. STATITE toilet seat hardware was incomplete. Only one of the two special and proprietary nuts required to tighten the toilet seat had the required seal. Without the two special patented nuts, I would not be able to tighten the toilet seat and prevent it from rocking. The attached photo shows one of the specially designed long nuts without a seal. Updated 12/2020 - There was an issue over time that caused me to change my rating from five to three stars. Seat cover not sticking. Also with a soft cloth, just with water, lightly wipe the surface and it will be covered with white paint again. at the inner edge there is no color in places, only dark black areas remain. It's much worse under the seat. a good quarter of the color on the underside was gone with commercially available bathroom cleaners. For this reason I can no longer recommend…
