The cloak is very effective. I'm 5ft 8in and the length is good. The waist sits tight at 38 inches. Obi is challenging but doable. I would recommend this bathrobe.

This guy I got this for loves the look. Mostly. The material looks very cheap and we cannot understand the velcro fastener. It came with instructions in Japanese which is hard to understand. He has given up the belt and wears it like a dressing gown. It looks beautiful until you take a closer look.

Thick fabric, good fit. My only downside that prevented me from giving five stars is that the fabric is quite stiff. I'm really looking for a soft fabric that resembles a cotton t-shirt.

Well sewn, good quality. The instructions for installing the strap are in Japanese and are a bit confusing, but after a little trial and error it all becomes clear and easy. I am happy with this purchase.

Very nice 100% cotton and the embroidery is beautiful too. But the Velcro F-in SUCKS. I don't like velcro obi or yukata belts. But overall it's a great garment.

The material is a little strange, hopefully that will change after a few washes. I don't like Velcro Obi, but it works. Bought to carry around the house and get bags/groceries on the doorstep.

It was a gift and the recipient was delighted. I ordered a size larger than usual. The fabric was nice, not soft but looked as expected and was a nice weight, not too heavy or see through. I think it will soften a little after washing, I haven't washed it yet. The Velcro on the strap made it easy to get on and off once you figured out how it works.

This was a present for my husband. He likes it very much. He's not a big fan of Velcro, but that doesn't stop him from wearing it every day.

I loved that it fit so perfectly and so beautifully, loved the quality and needless to say I felt comfortable with this fit 🙏🏾🙏🏾

The fabric feels like sandpaper. It looks like it will tear as soon as he puts it on. It was less than 60.00 and I will refund it. The material is not comfortable at all. It itches. I will say that the appearance of the collar and embroidery. But it's not worth 60.

Light summer kimono as it should be. Airy and cool, some people may find it "too thin" but it's designed for light protection. I put this on in the morning and if I don't have to leave the house I wear it all day. tight knot but very easy to put on. Since others seem to have trouble with the Japanese instructions, I made a video on how to attach it. Place the center of the strap on your stomach with the Velcro facing out. It fits perfectly! It was very comfortable and it looked good! I wore it with my belt/sash but it was a pleasure to wear it throughout the festival!

Fits as expected. Not too big, a bit short. WASH THE ITEMS and then use a towel to dry. Any comments about this material being scratchy or uncomfortable are due to people not bothering to wash new clothes. obi it works, but it's weird. Check other reviews for instructions.

Incredibly thin, even translucent. Bought the light blue version with the wave design. Velcro Obi wasn't impressed either. Cheap.

The material is amazing, the custom style and finish is excellent and the sizing is just right for me (5ft 8in) but the width feels a bit big but that's ok as I feel like that it helps a little more ventilation through the clothes.

WOW! In real it looks even nicer! My fiance loves it! He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 182 pounds, has a 42 inch chest and a small stomach. The large size fits him perfectly!

I like this yukata but there are a few problems. I'm 6ft 5" and the length is fine but it only crosses about 6" in front. I'm not fat but I'm a tall man. I wish it was wider. My other problem is with the belt, the instructions are only in Japanese. I can't understand the schematics on the Japanese instructions.

This is a lightweight yukata, comfortable, looks beautiful. Velcro, which I find very uncomfortable and was not particularly noticeable in the product description.

Nice robe but the tall one is too small for a very tall US gentleman. The description now says there are only small and medium, although I managed to get large ones. What to do? Can you provide a larger bathrobe?
