I liked the idea of this shelf as a place to store extra towels in our tiny apartment with very little storage space, but the picture is misleading - it's supposed to be the face of the towel, there Full size towels should be rolled very tightly and sandwiched in between and then barely accessible. I had already hung it on the wall before realizing it otherwise I would have sent it back. Wouldn't recommend if you want to use bath towels (no way to put bath towels there).

I bought this 24" x 15" towel rail for my clean gym towels. The minimalist design is fine if your towels have a particular embroidery you want to show off, but I really didn't care. After the towels were folded in thirds and the towels rolled up, they fell through the gaps between the plies very easily. but they fit perfectly when folded in half. We bought two of these towel rails. It wasn't until they were hung that we realized the tops of the poles weren't even. The one on the left seems defective. The product images are more like the real ones. I have contacted the company to see if they can supply a replacement or they can let us know which one was defective so we can get back to you via the seller feedback option by the end of November. This shelf climbed the wall very quickly. I installed it in an interior space between garage doors about 10 inches wide. I also bought two packs of 3 Mixigoo microfiber drying towels to dry the Jag when I hand wash it. We recently bought a new caravan and the bathroom is quite small with not much storage space.
