Save money. Do not buy. One of the tabs broke off at the top just to attach it to the drywall anchors. No parts of it are welded straight. It looks good when it's up, but it's not worth the holes in the wall. It looks nice in the photos and in person, but you can make a more durable product by bending the wire hangers yourself.

I needed this for my tiny bathroom and it's perfect for storing towels. However, it is not securely attached to the wall. There are two loops resting on two nails. It can easily be knocked over in the event of an impact. I pulled mine over the toilet from behind the sink and it fixed the problem. Also, I love it!

This is a great product! I chose this towel rail because it looked like it could hold large towels. It holds my towels perfectly and is also very cheap. I particularly like the additional top shelf. Delivered quickly, neatly packaged, easy to hang up. I highly recommend this product.

I can't get mad at this ridiculous CHEAP price anymore; weak; TERRIBLE design! You don't even get what you pay for because it wasn't exactly cheap: DO NOT BUY! The mounting screws don't even fit in the mounting holes, so this bracket kept coming off the wall when we changed towels. Item was warped in multiple directions and parts did not fit together. It had to be modified so that the two pieces fit together and then didn't hang tightly on the wall. The second part had to be removed and assembled separately, so that the two small hooks on which these parts should attach are now at the very end of the 1st part and the 2nd part is now assembled below. Also, once you put the board on it, there isn't enough room at the top for a full size towel, but the towel rail is too far…

I ordered two of these separately. I took the first one out of the box it was a little bent but the metal was easy to bend to put it back in place but it was just what I needed so I ordered the second one which I never got out of the box because I haven't set it up yet. It was a bit of a concern how easily I could bend it with just my hands, but it didn't have to hold enough weight for that to matter in the long run. They are meant to be used for towels but I use two of these on the same tier…
