I ordered two of these separately. I took the first one out of the box it was a little bent but the metal was easy to bend to put it back in place but it was just what I needed so I ordered the second one which I never got out of the box because I haven't set it up yet. It was a bit of a concern how easily I could bend it with just my hands, but it didn't have to hold enough weight for that to matter in the long run. They are meant to be used for towels but I use two of these on the same tier to hold long rolls of fabric. Today I wanted to hang them up and the second one that came was bent in the box too. Neither box was damaged, so the bending had to happen before it hit the box. The small shelves are not aligned at all and I had to bend the pieces of metal they screw into to align them (that's when I realized the shelves are aligned because those small pieces of metal they screw into don't line up evenly on the shelf attached) but I don't care because I probably won't be using small shelves. Speaking of screwing the shelves on, each post had to come with two small screws to do this, and none of the posts came with two small screws. The stand comes with 4 oversized screws and 4 drywall anchors. There aren't any specific instructions on how to attach the shelves to the wall, but it seems pretty obvious. The problem is that the metal rings that you have to use when you hang the rack on the wall are not flush with the back of the rack and are too big to actually use the bracket as they slide right out when you screw the screw in. because the screws are too small for these holes. I should still be able to use the shelves by just buying some little hooks from the hardware store to screw into the wall and then just hook these shelves onto them so I can still use them because my comeback is long over is. Window. Bent, missing screws, not flush with the wall but the size was good and it looks really nice and will do the job when I hang it up. And it will work well in a small space, especially if you only use it as a towel holder.
