Great deal. I have nothing bad to say. I received the part I ordered, but I may have ordered the right one. My original part and new part are almost identical except that one bushing is larger than the new one. Sorry I had to send it back but nobody's fault. I will continue to do business with Mean Mug in the future. They care about their product.

This product has saved me both physically and financially. Physically because I couldn't see through the windshield when I get this harness on the windshield so often in a place where I live offline. Financially because it seemed like it was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix the problem. What was that? 30 dollars? 15 minutes installation. Absolutely amazing... Thank you!

I'm only giving this a 5 because the outlets are the same size and the OEM front window outlet is larger and you either buy an adapter to go with it need to switch from a larger hose to a smaller hose and get a small piece of hose with a smaller diameter, or you'll need a nice little hose clamp to clamp the hose to to keep it from leaking. We realized it was a blown fuse 🤦🏻‍♀️ but we kept it as a backup because it will work when I need it!

This wiper pump was a perfect replacement for my 2001 Lexus RX 300. It was very easy to fit on the passenger side of the wheel. I recommend using a portable air compressor (not too high PSI) to clean out the lines before installing a new pump. The air compressor cleaned my lines as they were clogged. A week after installation there were no problems with the new pump. I highly recommend this pump. Great price compared to buying from a dealer.

Thought this would work instead of the much more expensive Toyota part. Installed this item 3 times with the old and new gaskets. Leak significantly! From the pump to the tank opening. Toyota parts bought and installed. No problem. So there was obviously a tolerance error in the part of the Evil Mug that wasn't properly sealed. Also, the connector molding of the wire harness was not compatible with the vehicle's connector. I had to cut the tab to mount it and make the electrical connection…

This item was dispatched quickly with no delay. It wasn't quite identical to the original as the side to the front glass jets is slightly larger and the hose is also slightly larger, but the larger hose is still acceptable for less nibble and no leaks so far.
