It's been easy for me as I have used other services in past but this one has just made it easier than ever! The support team are great & very helpful when needed too which makes life so much simpler. I love that I can search by keyword and see the media contacts that are working on stories that relate to my search. I can also search by publication and media outlet. I wish that there was a way to see when the release was submitted to the media outlet. I also wish that there was a way to submit a release to multiple media outlets.
