Inconsistent readings, easy to use.

Inaccurate or conflicting readings. It wasn't even close to what our pediatrician's thermometer showed. Device design and readability are great, but with a topic like this, accuracy is damn important. It was the only thermometer available when we needed it. Would definitely have preferred more options than this.

Read this before you dispose of this thermometer

I was going to return this thermometer BUT I found out. Don't put it in the middle of your forehead. Place it at the top center next to your hairline. I compared it to my regular thermometer and finally it was accurate. Now I get accurate readings every time. Attached a photo of where to put it. Hope this helps everyone.

Very satisfied - so comfortable!

Just received the thermometer yesterday (2 weeks earlier than predicted thank goodness) and it seems to be working fine. I haven't taken my temperature in many years so I can't tell if it's giving me the right reading, but at least I have something to say now when I have a fever.
