Bought to keep spastic hand straight and it's relatively easy to put on and take off. The plastic ribs do not dig in and are relatively comfortable to wear all day long.

This is a very practical orthosis. Great if you have cubic tunnel syndrome. Keep my arm straight I already feel tingling in my pinky and 4 fingers. If this were your situation, I would definitely try these braces. It's perfect for sticking your hand in every night. Definitely recommend!

very comfortable made of thick material but they fall off when you try to sleep which is a big problem for me because that's when the pain my arms kick in because i sleep with my arms bent, also i use my elbows a lot at work which causes cubital tunnel syndrome but other than that it's pretty good, not that much as shown in the picture.

Received quickly and well packaged. Please order size L/XL as my measurements match both sizes. The instructions were clear and it was easy to follow. The inner shell contributes to the orthosis being very comfortable (no rough edges or scratchy Velcro). He held my arm straight without making me feel completely immobilized. Lately I've had a lot of problems with my elbows, mainly when my arms are bent. I used this for a few nights to sleep hoping it would help me just not fold.
