Lately I've had a lot of problems with my elbows, mainly when my arms are bent. I used this for a few nights to sleep hoping it would help me just not fold. Most nights I wake up and take it off because it's bulky. However, I didn't go to the doctor to find out my specific problem, so maybe I shouldn't have used it at all. It definitely keeps your arm straight!
