I accidentally came across a screen protector that caused bubbles in the center of the screen BUT the company offered to replace it for FREE! Excellent customer service. In the meantime I'm using the original screen protector I bought and despite the blisters (my fault due to dust) I have excellent clarity and surface protection without losing touchscreen functionality like taking notes. When I received this product I was amazed that there was no 'blue light' anywhere on the packaging. Contacted the company and they found out they had them all packaged the same and it was in fact a blue light shield. The protective film came up perfectly, without any problems. I love this product and would definitely recommend it!

Works great I love it but one day I opened my laptop and it broke. I think maybe it was the temperature? Not sure, but still a great product.

I don't like screen protectors for phones and laptops but this one is great. Went very easy, NO bubbles and I don't even notice them, first time for me on all 3 accounts. I bought it to protect the screen when I write on it more with a pen so as not to damage it. The Surface Book is also the brightest laptop screen I've ever had and I liked the blue light filter for a small extra cost if that's really a concern since it's my work laptop and I work on it. It's all day.

I was a little nervous trying to attach the screen. The first time there was an air bubble, the screen came off and it got worse. After the 4th try I liked the result and was happy to see that the glue was still working. The screen works great with a stylus and is just as sensitive. Big!

Disappointed with this screen protector and lack of response from the seller. I bought one for my daughter's surface laptop from the same company and it's beautiful, doesn't look like it's missing. This one I bought for my Surface book held up well but didn't stick to the top right corner. After 2 weeks the blister is still there. I've attached a photo like a pro, the bubble looks really unprofessional and I can't let clients see it. I have contacted the seller again but there is no reply, what

I did everything according to the instructions (steam, remove dust with a napkin and wipe off, stick on, etc.) and still had blisters. It also generates a lot of static, so if you need to tweak it, going back to natural forces will be difficult. You spend your money on this product with all the packaging, like a 1 sheet glass school yearbook. There should be at least 2 panes of glass in case you mess it up or it breaks and reduce wasteful packaging.

This product works exactly as intended. It was easy to install and reduced eye strain. The only downside is that you cannot use it outdoors as the protective glass actually turns very blue when exposed to direct sunlight. I just wish they would make a matte version. If you have tried to apply a screen protector before, you may have found it difficult to completely dust off the surface of the product before applying the screen protector.
