I ordered one and unfortunately it arrived broken. But then the seller got back to me and offered to send a new one for free. Got it today and applied it to my Surface 4. I got a few small air bubbles, but I think I missed some dust in the process. Besides, it is an excellent screen protector, good response. It comes with all the accessories you need for easy use.

If you follow the instructions/video, the tempered glass just clicks into place and looks great! A simple touch and type test shows that it works. Sure, I used my Surface Pro for the full 20 minutes, but so far so good. I will amend this review if I find evidence that something went wrong.

The screen protector works great for my Surface Pro 2017. Not only is the product great but the company has really good customer service! I actually dropped my computer and the protection broke and they gave me new protection with no questions asked other than finding ways to improve their product. The product is durable. The computer has been dropped many times, I have a very hard tile floor and it has never broken, this time only because the computer's hardware broke.
