Based on my experience, this scratch remover is a lifesaver for car owners. It erases minor scratches and swirl marks to reveal a flawless paint finish. The formula is easy to use and doesn't require any special equipment. The only downside is that it may not work on deeper scratches. Nonetheless, this is a must-have for anyone who wants to keep their car looking shiny and new.

You sent me the wrong product. I bought ScratchX2.0 but they only sent me Cratx. I would like a refund or send me the product as advertised.

I don't know how the formula differs between Scratch X and X 2.0, but I did not receive version 2.0 through the Parts Universe seller. However, I got the results I wanted by painting over a scratch on a car and doing a final polish with this product. It works really well and has an abrasive compound. If you use it too hard, you can remove too much color. I wouldn't use it to polish swirl marks, they make a separate product called Swirl XI which I find to be a little less abrasive than this. I…
