If you like m105 you will love these

I really like this item both on the DA and on the rotor. Very little dust and easy to wash. In my opinion this kills m105. Large imperfections and sanding marks can easily be removed with a 1500 grit, there are better compounds but a great option for the price.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Communication with the seller

Bottle Magic: Polishes

This Meguires M110 is magic in a bottle. It works incredibly well. Removes sanding scratches with 2000 grit in seconds. Literally. With D/A and orange pad! I can't tell you how happy I am with this material. I will NEVER use or recommend anything else. This will be my way from now on. Good product!

Pros
  • Great Overall
Cons
  • Not Sure

Better than M105 for polishes and mop paste

Fairly similar to M105 but not as flaky or dusty. It also seems to be a little better at cutting and removing sanding marks. Since both are roughly the same price, I would recommend the M110. I add some M205 and always get a reflection on anything from a new car to a 30 year old boat.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Cuts pretty easy to use and cleans well. Cuts well, but not great.

I like the cutting power of this compound as it is. A beginner can easily achieve good results. It advertises a 1200 grit scratch remover but you really need to work with your machine and use a decent amount of paste. Proper preparation and this composition works great.

Great cut - Clear finish - Lots of dust

Pros: - Easily wipes clean - Cuts well - Decent finish even without buffing Cons: - Lots of dust - Takes time to learn how to use compound on my 6 "DA Polisher and Meguiar's DMC cutting pads after 45 seconds to 1 minute on a 2'x2' cut, the mix becomes dry and very dusty. I had to focus on much smaller areas than the standard 2x2. dries up in a matter of seconds the paint if you are not actively using the polisher on that particular spot.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Nothing here

Easy to work with the best polishing and lapping compounds

I use this product for color correction. That works great. For a serious correction I would dry sand at 1500 grit. This was followed by the composition m110. Two quick passes and tada! Restored shine and minor sanding scratches where present. Of course if I grind it hard enough I'll get to m205 after m110. But overall it makes color correction easier and faster. I have used other compounds to bring the shine back, it will still have a shine but I have to go through about 5 passes and the shineโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Very expensive

Easy way to get deep shine

I recently repainted the hood of my car black (bc/cc). I wet sanded 1500 to 3000 Trizact first and then proceeded to buffing and buffing. I've been using the Perfect-it 3M system for years, but for this project I decided to try the new Meguir Utra Speed system. Combination of Meguir M110 and M210. They are designed for use with dual-action polishers and/or rotary polishers. For the first pass I needed something a little more aggressive, so I used a Devilbiss rotary buffer, attached a 6.5"โ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hands free
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
