This tape didn't stick well to the skin at all. This is almost an ordinary masking tape, but more elastic. Not recommended for sports/pain purposes because it basically didn't do anything.

1 star is too much for this band. I tried using it to go over white tape because I hate white. After 1 minute it has already peeled off. Requested again, same thing. He wrapped it around his finger and took it off almost immediately. On a scale of 1 to 10, stickiness is 1.

. Adhesion was ok. I liked the tape better than the standard pharmacy packaging. It was slightly lighter and less sticky and easier to tear. If you are running, participating in a long game, or using for a long time, you may want to override. I was satisfied with the performance and the repeat order.

Bought to wrap my arms around my elliptical. The tape stuck very well, but after a bit of use the glue started to peel off the edges of the tape and stuck to my hands. It got so bad that I ended up having to remove it with a solvent. This created a mess on the handles, but luckily I was able to get rid of it with some effort. I do not recommend this product for gym use.

This tape does not stick well when building a structure for sports tape. It won't hold up well if you've layered it or used a base tape to secure everything. It has no stretch, resulting in losing the basic idea of a good sports band. I like the colors it comes in. I ended up having to tape it shut and put on a sleeve to keep it from unraveling. Suitable for one-time use, as well as an hour later if you take it easy.
