Love it. for wood

My smart kids love Melissa and Doug's toys, especially these wooden cars. They love drawing them and then watching them come to life as they put them together. They take special pride in playing with the cars they have painted and built. If you're trying to cut down on your kids' screen time (I do that all the time), I recommend Melissa and Doug's toys. great party and gift

They were a big hit at my son's birthday party. Boys and girls got really creative with a few sticker sets. We bought some Gorilla Glue that dries fast to use in place of PVA as we wanted the kids to be able to start truck racing right away (Pinewood Derby style) on the homemade racetrack. The kit, like many DIY kits, will require some parental help to glue the wheels onto the axles. Many kids doing this alone didn't dent the wheels deep enough or dented them slightly crooked so the trucks…

Love this toy company Always quality products

Wooden toys are hard to find these days which is why this is our favorite toy company. Just FYI for those interested - the paint is easily removable from any surface it is laid on. We got it on the dog, the cat, my handcrafted oak table, the walls, the tiles, and their clothes. Everything worked out with minimal effort. The box is convenient to use as a "paint box" to keep the car inside while painting to keep clutter to a minimum. And the color caps are a bit difficult to snap on. Double check

Can be a great craft.

I'll be writing this review for all three as they are the same in quality and finish. I would like to offer some tips and solutions to the problems that other reviewers have indicated. Boat! It's messy, fun, and won't be perfect. Even if you get a wooden toy, it is ultimately a craft and not a high-quality wooden toy. If you need a quality wooden toy, buy a ready-made one. Second, I wouldn't recommend using the PVA glue that comes with the kit, but rather using Elmer wood glue or something…
