Excellent and durable travel stable and information on suitable horses!

This is a very solid stable. Center door latch, my 5 year old locks and unlocks this latch with ease. Doors with rubber bands, again we had no problems with this system. We lost the horses that came with him, but we have many horses that can live in this stable. To answer some questions about what fits and what doesn't. the picture is attached. Breyer stablemates (1:32 (4" long x 3" high)) fit very well. Playmobil horses also fit well. Sheikh and Papo foals are fine (standing varieties), Safari

Nice little stable but poor color choice of the horses themselves.

This stable comes with and contains 8 different breeds of horses. My daughters had a Quarter Horse, an Andalusian, a Paintball Horse, a Tennessee Walking Horse, an Appaloosa (her favorite), a Thoroughbred, an Arabian and a Morgan. All of these horses are listed on a sticker placed on the floor of the stable. The stable itself is solid wood and well built. The hinges are strong and the overall look is attractive. However, the horses inside are very cheap. They are poorly colored and ourโ€ฆ

Very disappointing, stick with Schleich if you care about quality control at all.

Amazing concept, poor execution. I'm so disappointed in that, mainly because he has SO BIG potential and he's just completely frustrated with the poor quality of work - and I'm using the term loosely here. I bought a few other Melissa & Doug toys (bead sequence, first bead maze, rollback cars) that I really liked, expecting another great product. It feels like this company has cut corners to keep costs down, except the cost is still high (around $30 when I bought it). For the price I would have
