Great shorts! 10 out of 10!

Very well made and fit perfectly! These will NOT fall apart! Comfortable and hit right at the knee. They are worth every penny of the price.

Pros
  • B086VQQ7M9
Cons
  • The shorts are not suitable for athletic activities or sports

Great board shorts for my opinion

These fit great, length is perfect for me, the material is very comfortable and they dry nicely even in humidity.I have been wearing board shorts for 20 yrs, and these are some of the best I have worn.

Pros
  • Talle y calidad bien
Cons
  • The fabric is cheap and tears easily

Sizing is off for my opinion

I have a pair of the Maalaea Ripper Camo Boardshorts and I love them. They are a size 33 and fit perfectly. So I ordered these Tribal Olive Boardshorts in a size 33 and they are at least a whole size too big. They will seem like awesome shorts. But I freakin' hate having to return things because the tolerances in sizing are SO BAD. They should have better quality control than this even if they are being made overseas.I am returning them (for which they charge me the shipping!) and I will order…

Pros
  • A little tight in the thigh
Cons
  • The sizing chart provided is inaccurate and misleading

A bit thin and plastic-y

I like the color and style very much, so I’ll keep them. I thought the size I ordered would be big on me, actually perfect fit, or maybe a bit snug. Fit well, sit well, I like the stretch. Hopefully the creases from it being folded will wash out eventually, summer will tell. For the money they are fine, but the material is a bit thin to the point I feel like they are cheap, but they aren’t? Does that make sense? I like my Prana much better, but the fit and cut are fine for the cost. Enjoy, but…

Pros
  • Clothing
Cons
  • The inseam length is too short and not suitable for all body types

For-real Straight Up Shorts

Old school surf guy here, and I've been searching forever to find for-real straight up shorts that disappeared about 10 years ago. Straight cut (no 'v' at the out seam), pockets that are sewn into the shorts (not floating loose like reg shorts), not too stretchy (like crappy hybrids that shrink 2" in the dryer), embroidered lettering and design emblems (not iron on or silkscreen), heavy drawstring, plain classic color schemes (no weed leaves or freaking neon), and 21.5" out seam. Solid buy…

Pros
  • Great fit
Cons
  • The shorts are not machine washable
