Pants are tough and very functional.

I own 6 Taclite Pro pants, 3 in Tan and 3 in Stone. In a nutshell, they're great! Tough and relatively cool compared to other pants, especially in Arizona during summer. A big part of their coolness comes from the roomy/baggy pant legs. They hang loose on your legs, promoting airflow. There are lots of roomy pockets. While the pant material is tough, the tradeoff is that it is not stretchy at all. Also, I docked 1 star because the fit is inconsistent across colors and even within the same…

Pros
  • thank you
Cons
  • The waistband is too tight and uncomfortable

Functional on my review.

Ordered for my son an army combat medic , just return home . Now works as an EMT in So Cal. He loves this pants , comfortable, wash well , dry in medium heat , for 10 mins, hang up , doesn’t wrinkles . can’t get size 30x32 locally. He is 6 ft 145lb

Pros
  • Great fit! And very durable!
Cons
  • The pants attract too much lint and debris

Quality pants for my opinion

The pants are well-made. Love the waistband, it will expand slightly if needed. all of the pockets offer plenty of storage. The hip pockets are very deep. And the leg pockets offer adequate room as well. I only wish that the material was a little more breathable, they can be a little warm at times.

Pros
  • The price for the quality of the pants was excellent!
Cons
  • The pants stain too easily and are difficult to clean

Not quite what I ordered

This is my first pair of 5.11 pants. I read the reviews on fit and decided to order my regular size, 40 x32. The 40 inch waist fits OK but is a bit loose. The pants are several inches too long and are very baggy. The tags on the pants say that these are Relaxed Fit, which I didn't order and wasn't part of the description on ebay. The baggy fit in the butt makes the crotch hang down too far which contributes to the legs being too long. The construction of the pants looks pretty good, with tacked…

Pros
  • GREAT PANTS! I BOUGHT TDU GREEN:)
Cons
  • The pants do not hold their shape well over time

Awesome choice for the careful professional

These are great trousers. But kneel anywhere and you'll show that place on your knees for a while. I work in the Emergency Medical field and wearing these allow for greater mobility and access than other pants I've worn. But where professionalism is key, these are a lock. It takes one who can regularly clean them to get even the slightest scuff out of them. While I recommend them to colleagues, I think they need more attention than other brands with regards to keeping them tidy. They have held…

Pros
  • My husband won't wear any other pant. He has passed his love for these on to our new grand son in law.
Cons
  • The sizing is inconsistent and not true to size

My order was processed and received within 2 to 3 days which was great! They appear to be as they were described in the ad but I haven’t had them long enough to rate them for durability/longevity. They also appear to be well made but again time will tell. The biggest disappointment is the color. I ordered these in stone, the color of the pants on the left in the photo but the pants on the right is what I got. I didn’t return them because I don’t know if this is what they call stone or if they…

Pros
  • Perfect for wearing for woking in Florida weather. I will buy again.
Cons
  • The pants do not offer a lot of flexibility, making it difficult to move around

Best pants in my review

These are the best pants I've ever worn. To be fair, I am a Poor, so this is the top of my budget. I'm not on the Crye train yet. However, for the price, these pants are worth every penny. If you carry IWB, order one waist size up. I'm a 34, I wear these in 36 to IWB a G19 on the hip. Perfectly comfortable.

Pros
  • I've been wearing Taclite Pro Pants for 10-15 years. They have been very durable and comfortable.
Cons
  • The belt loops are too small to accommodate a larger belt

5.11 Pants good for me

The last time I ordered these for my son was in 2019. They are still going strong but he just wanted some new pairs. They are durable , wash well, and obviously last a long time.

Pros
  • Good quality, durable, looser fit
Cons
  • The cargo pockets tend to sag and droop, making them appear unprofessional

Very nice but not for me.

Pants are first quality, look great but don’t fit me because of my weight. Because I have a belly, they are long in the crotch and feel like I am constantly adjusting the waist by pulling them up. If I could actually get them up to the point of fitting in the crotch, I’d lol like the nerdy guy from Saturday Night Live!Again great pants for those in shape.

Pros
  • Long walk no problem
Cons
  • The pants are not suitable for all weather conditions

Very good price on very good tactical pants.

This was my fourth pair. The other three I ordered 34 X 32 because i wasn't sure on the size so for me they were a bit long but not the fault of the pants but I ordered the above size because I didn't want them too short. Well this last pair I went with my size, 34 X 30. Absolutely right on the money with the length so now my other three are getting shortened by two inches. Absolutely great pants and the sizes they advertise are right on the money so order your size because they are true to…

Pros
  • Arrived on time
Cons
  • The fit is unflattering and not suitable for all body types

Color Clarification

I was looking for a medium color brown. Initially ordered Tundra but it's basically olive drab - still nice but not what I was looking for. When I saw the pics of Battle Brown I thought it looked too light, but then I ordered it and it's a perfect medium brown.

Pros
  • Great pair of pants for tactical and everyday use!!
Cons
  • The pants are too heavy and bulky for extended wear

Superb EMS pants! best in my review

Thes fit VERY well. The elastic on the waste band is great. LOADS of pockets to use. I carry a set of Leatherman Raptors in the small pocket on the R thigh ( Fits there PERFECTLY ) and I am able to quickly get to them on trauma calls. These have a few hundred EMS calls on them, including back country mountain rescues. No tears, rips or even a stain.I highly recommend these for anyone doing EMS work.

Pros
  • They were what I wanted
Cons
  • The pants tend to bunch up at the knees and ankles

Fit as advertised! in my review

Love these pants. I would 10/10 buy these again. They fit as expected & have a lot of pockets. They are durable & comfortable!

Pros
  • Great pants, fit well, seem durable. Would purchase again.
Cons
  • The fabric feels plastic and artificial to the touch

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well made cargo pants that are durable and comfortable.

Very good construction and these pants should last a long time. Plenty of room so that your comfortable wearing them. Use them mostly at the target range and traveling over seas. That said I wish they had zippered pockets to protect from thieves.

Pros
  • Pants fit great, but wish they had a insulated option also.
Cons
  • The color fades quickly, making them look old and worn out

Different Fitting Than Anything Else I wear

Loved the feel of the material and all the pockets and loops. Unfortunately, I cannot review anything beyond that since the size I ordered - 32w 32L - which I order for almost every other type of pants, was way too tight around the waste. Length was perfect. 33w would be the perfect width but since they go from 32 to 34, a 34w 32L would very likely end up being far too baggy and loose.Sad to say I cannot give a good or bad review one way or the other.

Pros
  • Lasts long
Cons
  • The cargo pockets are not easily accessible when sitting down

511 Cargo pants good for me

I like the 511's because they are comfortable, easy to take care of and plenty of pockets! I buy the black or Navy Blue because they are classically nondescript and you can barely tell they are "cargo" pants. Goes well for an office environment.

Pros
  • It comes loose way to easy, which is annoying.
Cons
  • The fabric wrinkles easily, making them appear messy and unkempt

If pants were nations these would be America.

It's amazing how much attention to detail has been put into these pants- all the little things truly do add up; here's what I've seen so farEverything that has to be stitched is double stitched because Americans overdo everything worth doing. Pants falling apart? You're probably a communist. Have fun with your momma jeans, Obama. These will outlast me.Pockets. EVERYWHERE. Two rear pockets big enough for AR15 mags (AR sold seperately but really, you probs have one) a cell phone pocket to call…

Pros
  • Great pants, extra space everywhere, are a bit baggy but they work
Cons
  • The pants are not water-resistant and show sweat easily
