wore it on 7mile hike to a waterfall and volcano in Costa Rica it was comfortable and lots of grip! It does feel a little tight at top of foot after walking for a while but I might just have to go a size up.

These fit like a glove! Stylish too! …as the old folks say. They are sturdy and have pretty decent grip on different surfaces. I like how the protective rubber goes a little bit over the top of the toes and around the edge of your entire foot. They dry pretty quick and sand doesn’t really get inside them like other swim shoes I’ve owned. I wear an 11.5 and the conversion size is perfect. These are by far the best water shoes I ever wore. For the price you can't beat them. The solid rubber in the front protects your toes from rocks or debris. The bottoms are actually attached to the foot pads so they don't slip all around like those cheap $10/$12 one's that feel terrible walking in. Do yourself a favor and just buy these. I'm a size 12/12.5 and the size 12's fit me perfectly!

I'm a size 11. I bought an 11.5 as I suspected I might need a bit of extra space and I was correct. The opening was a bit snug even after letting out the cord some. Once I got them on I wore them around for a few hours. They feel great and are comfy. My one worry is when I do get them into water, they won't drain well as there are no screened drain holes in the sole of these shoes. The top of the shoes are thin and very breathable. I was very happy to get my new shoes! My surprise when I open the bag and see these shoes that are not even listed on their post. Why would you send me something I didn’t pic. This is my first pair of water shoes and they've been great for boating and bogging. The fit is basically skin tight according to my shoe size, which is perfect. They feel great though the heel seam on the left shoe rubs against my skin a bit. The decorative coloring on the soles is starting to peel off after just a couple uses though, so I'd recommend buying a style with plain soles.
