I am 6’3 225 and and very comfortable and amazing gear I got the 2XL very nice and long dose not bunch up so comfortable. That's my feedback.

I use these for cycling. They are very comfortable. I sized mine to not be overly compressive, but to fit snugly without wrinkles (have to be aerodynamic!). Even if you order them undersized, I don't think you will get a lot of compression, they can provide a moderate amount. In cool weather (as low as the high 40s F for me), these are enough to keep me warm. In hot weather, they protect me from the sun and do a good job of wicking sweat such that it cools me off. I compared these compression leggings to several DRSKIN styles (comparable price) and was so impressed with these that I now own them in white, pixel gray camo, red, navy, and black/red. I am primarily a runner and don't spend a ton of time in the gym, but these worked perfectly for running, even with summer heat/humidity in the morning or evening. My biggest concern is snagging them on branches as I pass by, as these are not particularly thick material, but so far so good!My only gripe is that

A bit thin (have to wear shorts over certainly) but very good compression on shins and around knees; although a little light on compression around thighs and glutes (could be better). I would get more of these .
