Great Product + Fantastic Customer Service

I do not dislike anything about this software other than maybe that there could be more customization for templates since it’s already pretty customizable itself but they have great support! The customer service is amazing & any errors or issues are quickly addressed by them as well!! This has been my go-to provider (and used previously with an older version) due their easy access of adding/changing template names etc., even if you change one number everything changes too :). So many benefits…

  • They take forever to get back to you if they do respond at all

Most helpful platform available for various devices

We like it most because of its versatility in different devices that can be used effectively with all types for clients within many countries (and languages) around Africa; very helpful not only at home but outside also where sometimes connectivity is poor or difficult as well! The benefits I'd say would include having multiple solutions available such us desktop version too when needed due problems encountered especially while using tablets/phones etc.. Nothing so far which needs improvement…

  • Good security measures taken by system providers hence user safety guaranteed always without any risk whatsoever,
  • User friendly interface making navigation fast through menus / options offered., Easy way one does data entry via computer keyboard instead touch screen device as preferred option.
  • Helpful assistance provided whenever help ness required either remotely over chat sessions ,phone calls OR

Great Customer Service & Timely Turnarounds

I like that they are able to work with us as we go through our process of implementation. They were able to handle all aspects of our project from contract signing, training staff, tech support and more. The turnaround time for turn arounds was also very quick! We have had no issues thus far. It would be great if there could be some type of online portal or dashboard where you can see what is going on in your account without having to call them every day. We needed someone who understood how…

  • Their service exceeded my expectations especially after other agencies did not fully understand health care coding requirements which led me down an unproductive path at first but now it's almost finished so thank goodness!!! Great job guys!! :)

Great tool to keep track and file documents

I like that it is very easy for me as well has my coworkers in order of importance with deadlines or due dates when submitting our work back into their system. It does not allow you have more than one person edit at once which can be helpful if there are multiple people working together but sometimes we need both individuals available so this feature would help us out greatly! The fact that all files submitted go directly through an external editor makes sure they’re always perfect before being
