I do not dislike anything about this software other than maybe that there could be more customization for templates since it’s already pretty customizable itself but they have great support! The customer service is amazing & any errors or issues are quickly addressed by them as well!! This has been my go-to provider (and used previously with an older version) due their easy access of adding/changing template names etc., even if you change one number everything changes too :). So many benefits in choosing mercedes transctioning including low overhead, reliable team who answer all questions immediately along w training from experienced trainers before use, fast turnaround time between requests submitted - so no waiting several hours like at competitors which can then result on lost productivity / customers unhappy when things take longer than expected. Our organization takes calls daily throughout business day plus weekends during holidays, thus ensuring our transcriptions meet clients demand everytime while keeping us productive I like that it is easy to use and has many features for different types of companies. It also allows me to upload audio files with ease. The only thing I dislike about this product is how slow they are in responding to emails or calls. They take forever to get back to you if they do respond at all. If your looking for an affordable way to transcribe medical reports then look no further. We have been able to make our work much easier by reducing the amount of time we spend doing manual labor.
