Best walking comfort

Shoes fit great! Easy to wear, I walk a lot, they were great. Update I've been wearing these for the past month, they're already sluggish on the sides. Too bad they didn't last long!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Some little things

Poor shoe quality

I used to love this brand before they started using some sort of faux leather, a thin rubbery substance. I've been wearing these shoes for less than three months and they already have a hole next to the . gummy substance. Also, both shoes have a dent in the big toe. I gave them a second star because they're actually comfortable, but for the price I'll look for another brand.

Pros
  • Decent workmanship
Cons
  • No uniform required

Nice sneakers for running

They fit as expected although they don't seem to have enough cushioning underfoot for complete comfort. It's a good weight for walking, but I'm not sure a runner will like the thin sole underfoot. So far the shoes have held their shape and are holding up well. I wouldn't buy them again because of the sole, but if you like a thin sole then this is perfect for you. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Weight

GREAT SHOES - Antor Pair 5

This is my 4th pair of Antor shoes. I wear them an average of 7 miles a day for casual shoes and walking on paved trails. The soles on my other trail shoes wear out quickly - these soles are VERY durable. My shoes and a pair my buddy bought while out for a walk have worn uppers on the far right edge of the toe. These shoes exceed my expectations for durability and quality.

Pros
  • Looking forward to

Nice shoe with terrible lacing system

This is my second pair of these shoes. The shoe itself is good but I can't stand the design of the laces. It's difficult to get them exactly how you want them to work. You have to stop several times to adjust them. I even bought a pair of Nathans shoelaces with plastic snaps. The problem is they must be quite tight at the ankle, the plastic part of the strap digs into the top of my foot. But it's quicker and easier than stopping to tie and re-tie the factory laces that come with the kit.

Pros
  • Excellent workmanship
Cons
  • Some problems

Updated review, not satisfied.

Updated review: I lowered my rating because after several weeks of running in my new Merrell shoes, the sides (near the ankle) around the upper were worn and the layers underneath were exposed. The border is made of cheap material, I was so annoyed that they fell apart so quickly. Now that I've only had my shoes for four months, the boot itself is separating in multiple places around the mesh upper, around the toe box. and the area around my ankle. I felt that buying shoes from Merrell would…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Something is wrong
