The size is NOT as advertised!

notches 5-6.5mm advertised. Actual size is 4.5mm to 6.5mm. Was planning to use them to replace the 5mm fuel line on my vintage car with a 1/4" but the fit is so loose it could be dangerous. These notches are not as advertised so completely useless to me.

Pros
  • hose fittings
Cons
  • small parts

Beautiful Brass Barbed Hose Adapter

These barbed hose adapters ship within a week of ordering.1. They came in a zipped package.2. They are brass.3. They seem to be well made, definitely a step up from plastic.4. They have a 3/16" side and a 1/4" side.5. They fit my application of adapting a 3/16" fuel line to a 1/4" fuel pump fitting.

Pros
  • Barbed Fittings
Cons
  • So far so good

As advertised and in a hard to find 5/16" to 1/4" " Transformation. Just be aware that if you don't have to strip the usual rubber fuel line/hose off of these pups, your life will be easier. The serrations appear to be lathe machined and each serration ends in a fairly sharp edge that prevents the hose from coming loose. So, that's good; maybe just a little TOO good.

Pros
  • Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Plumbing
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived
