I like that it has all of my clients in one place so i can easily see what they have been doing for me lately! It's also very user friendly with everything being right there at your fingertips instead of having separate programs you need access too (like Excel). I like that it has all of our business information in one place for easier management. We also have access from anywhere with internet connection! It's difficult at times when you're trying to close out your books but we've been able to work around this by using multiple accounts. There are some other features such as Salesforce integration or email notifications that would be helpful if they were added.
