10 inches around my palm, shrunk to size and fits perfectly. A little tight but the length from finger and thumb to pointer bar is perfect, it will tear. My Opinion: For everything else, take the size you wear, forget the size chart. Thick Burley leather glove, you get what you pay for, this is not a cheap Home Depot gardening glove!

This is my third purchase of these gloves. Just received. They contain a new carabiner cutout from the previously sewn loop. Seems to be more powerful than the previous version which should further improve durability. I tried a few other brands to save a few bucks but decided to return to them based on past good results. I use them for search and rescue work in rocky rough terrain and technical work with a rope.

These gloves are awesome! I've been using the same pair for 10 years. Just started distributing, see photos. I bought a second pair but the first pair still has a long way to go in the bin. I use them for everything: rope work, barbed wire, digging, general work, feral cat catching, etc. It's a good deal. twice as expensive. Since I had my first pair I have sharpened Petzl, Mechanics, Wells Lamont, Outdoor Research, Black Diamond and more. with a decade worth awesome. Or more.
