Worked on my 2008 Ford Fusion

I have a Boss 822UA in my daughter's car. The stereo didn't come with a mount for the Fusion, but Revain offered one. Bought the recommended mount. After soldering the wiring harness adapter, I started installing the radio. Oh! I need an antenna adapter. This kit (actually half of it) was just what I needed to get the job done. It worked great. Good strong connection. Definitely solved my dilemma.

Pros
  • Always liked it
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Great for hooking up an XM Roadie

Received a Metra 40 cr30 and Metra 40 eu10 kit to install XM Roadie in my 2007 Dodge Dakota with factory AM/FM/CD. 2 sets together worked great. The items fit perfectly and my roadie was up and running in just minutes. I bought a couple of different Metra kits for this roadie and both have worked flawlessly. Keep in mind that hooking up something like a roadie requires both a 40-CR30 and a 40-EU10. You will need one adapter to mount the factory antenna into the roadie antenna and the other to…

Works very well, sounds great

I wanted to connect my SiruisXM receiver directly to my truck's radio to improve sound quality and reduce exposed wires (I like 'clean' setups ). I used a direct FM adapter but had to find a cable to connect the adapter to my truck's existing antenna system (my truck is a 2013 Ford F-150 STX). I needed both ends (antenna and radio) and this product was the perfect solution. The connections were tight enough to eliminate any fear of disconnection from your car's vibrations. If you want to do a…

Fits perfectly on 2007 F150

I replaced the factory radio in my 2007 Ford F-150 by ordering just the head unit, dash docking kit and matching wiring harness. What I didn't know was that I would need an additional adapter to connect the factory antenna to my new stereo. I discovered it at 5pm on Friday evening. I quickly returned to Amazon and stumbled upon this adapter which had mixed reviews. I ordered it, paid for a small cash on delivery upgrade at a great price, and here it was on my doorstep at 10am on Saturday…

Great find! It wasn't even in the radio stores.

I needed this adapter kit to connect the Sirius radio FM antenna adapter plug to the car stereo on my 2004 Dodge Durango. I've contacted dealers and local radio shops but none had anything to wake up to. Even Sirius had nothing. I wasn't sure if this would work as the part number was the same as one of the antenna kits at a radio shop, but it only had one antenna. Since there were two antennas in this package, I ordered it. It worked! One jumper is connected to my radio and FM antenna adapter…

Pros
  • Superb Design
Cons
  • Quick Instructions

I believe the inside of the latch may have been bent from not wanting to fully insert or latch into the back of the Ford head unit. I was only able to paste it about 50%. I wasn't able to look inside the latch lock cavity so can't confirm but will say the size and shape was the same size and shape as the factory latch lock so I'm guessing as it doesn't come in all went in as it should was kinda bent. Regardless, I was able to use duct tape to attach it to the back of the radio and check the…
