I hate using sponges and other items that have a very short lifespan or are not hygienic. Ordinary kitchen towels don't have much cleaning power. This is a great alternative. So far they've held up well and washed items out of pans etc well. I wash them in a garment bag with other kitchen towels and tumble dry on low to medium heat and they hold up well.

Not only do they look good, they are very durable. On the one hand there are small loop scrubbers that do a great job on dishes/pots that need a little more scrubbing to clean.
