The app for my Android phone works fine. The attached photo is table salt. You can take a picture either with the button on the microscope or with the phone app. The lag isn't too bad, which makes focusing quite easy. I would like the microscope to run on batteries, but we have a few USB rechargeable batteries so we can still use it portable.

I bought this microscope to observe bugs on plants. This is really a good product. It's ready to use when connected to my phone, I can adjust the brightness and magnification. Overall, this microscope is quick to connect to the display device and its instructions are clear and understandable. I love it and it comes with professional packaging too.

I bought it for cannabis flower photography. It does an impressive job. It was very easy to connect to my phone via Wi-Fi. I had a lot of fun seeing all the details with the flower enlarged in this way. I hope to catalog and review the different strains I encounter. I really wanted to like it but the description didn't say that this microscope creates its own Wi-Fi network and you connect to it connect to it to use it on your device. It does NOT connect via USB.
