I really wanted to like it but the description didn't say that this microscope creates its own Wi-Fi network and you connect to it connect to it to use it on your device. It does NOT connect via USB. I bought 6 of these for class use but my student devices cannot access the required network. I was able to get it working on my device which is not controlled by the school. Heavily disappointed. The picture is not very good but it could be used. Back via WiFi (I know, beat a dead horse). You need to install the application on your device (Max-See). You must then connect to the microscope's unsecured Wi-Fi network to view the images. I can't believe this is the most efficient way to do this. If this connected via USB I would give it a solid 4 stars for the low price and functionality. It's not surprising, but it's not bad either. However, the process violates the terms of the contract. Find a real USB microscope and you will be much happier.
