Very good for the price

work very well with windows noise canceling and control is really good for the price. The sound quality is ok but for the price they are worth it.

(REDACTED) Constant hissing in left earbud

I took the opportunity to purchase these "used - like new" and only arrived a few minutes ago. Super came out to open and use once I finally got it on and connected to my phone. Then the hissing started. Whenever I turn on ANC, there is a hissing noise in the left earbud. Turn off ANC and it magically disappears. I've tried reconnecting it to my phone and turning it off and on multiple times. Bad luck. I'll edit if I can get them working properly / get a refund or replacement, but until then…
