Apparently there is a problem with a restart loop in Windows 10 on the Surface. and I was lucky enough to buy a Surface that fell victim to the Loop. I bought this tablet instead of the i5 or i7 versions based on the reviews I read. My only concern was how long the battery would last. I needed a tablet that would last all day taking notes in OneNote with the Surface Pen (which is great) with the occasional pause. Great computer for general work. I work on an i7 with 1TB of storage - I bought a Pro 4 with i5 and 256GB and quickly realized I didn't buy enough for my work.
