If you have an over-the-stove microwave, take out those old lightbulbs, even if they still work, and replace them with these LED bulbs, you'll be grateful. They are amazing.

These bulbs won't turn off. Our microwave oven has three lighting modes: low, high and off. They never turn off and had to be kept low all the time. The light only switches between low and high according to the settings. Don't hesitate to buy them like I did. waste of money!

The only reason I give this product a low rating is because it doesn't work with my microwave. There was a disclaimer on this which I saw but ignored. Please don't repeat the same mistake. The disclaimer states that this light does not turn off on some models (microwaves). This applied to mine. It changed brightness when I switched from half to full setting, but didn't turn off when I turned the setting off.

Many years ago when fluorescent lights came along, I realized how dim and old everything looked because of the soft white light bulbs. At least for my personal taste, that's my opinion. They are beautiful and shine a whole new light on everything (literally). *** Although the seller covers this in the features, these bulbs are NOT dimmable. So if you have low and high settings for your light, they will only work on the high setting. If I need them again I will buy them again.

***UPDATE*** I contacted the seller and was able to order new WARM white bulbs (free of charge for the first order of white daylight). Not only is warm white much nicer and brighter, these bulbs have 3 levels: high, low and what I call "night light". Off, but there's no blinking with these new bulbs.
