Much better than thin paper!

Great microwave paper, I made the mistake of choosing quantity over quality and completely ruined my oven with another brand of flimsy paper when the glass melted and went into the oven. Won't do it again! It's good.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Low reparability

Protects base of craft oven

I have a small (75mm) oven and it needs to be cut to a circle of about 70mm to fit. However, this is normal. I wish there was another way to protect the bottom of the furnace as they leave a pattern on the bottom of the molten glass.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Not sure

Leaves sharp edges!

I liked this burn paper until I tried bullseye paper. This paper will leave the edges of your project sharp and the back of your project rough, so you'll need to smooth it out. Don't waste your money on this paper, spend a little more on good things.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

The edges of the leaves are jagged and the underside is rough

The paper needs to be washed often and any broken glass filed as this heavily textured paper (frited?) leaves the edges very sharp, especially the corners. Although the glass won't stick to the oven, each sheet also needs to be trimmed to fit a small microwave oven. I missed my "return date" by a few days or I would have returned. I have bought thinner paper from Bulleye Glass and the results are much better.

Pros
  • Absolutely stunning!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Accidental texture fuses

The seller was PERFECT, fast, delivered on time, well packaged but I really don't like this burn paper. I'm used to thin burning paper that leaves a nice smooth backing on my melted glass pieces. This material is somewhat abrasive, leaving the back of several parts I made with a rough texture that could be seen through the transparent portions of the parts and felt like sandpaper. As I said, the seller was perfect, I do not agree with the product itself.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
