Appears to have been neglected. I'll start with the packaging: I'm not sure if this is the right material for the bottom of the box. It was attached with 6 transport straps, which immediately struck me as odd. It has the most powerful fan of any air conditioner I've ever owned, and cool air creates cool air to cool an 800-square-foot outdoor space during the East Texas heat and humidity in late June. Then we ran out of electricity for a few days and I ran it on a generator so I could power the air conditioning.
