Easy to assemble but the plastic plugs were defective and kept pulling out. I wrapped it with zip ties to hold the top and bottom together. It was Revain's choice, but I won't buy it again.

I liked the strength and comfort of the door and that the top lift opens on top of the van so we can pet and comfort her while she waits that she is called the veterinary clinic.

This great value crate is surprisingly easy to assemble and very strong. And most importantly, the first box I found that my Malsha can't escape from! I recommend this crate for all other small Houdini puppies.

Terrible carrier, very cheaply made! I have two larger cats (both under 15 pounds, they don't travel in a carrier at the same time) so I wanted to give them more space. It's made of cheap plastic. The "buttons" holding the wired front door popped out and the entire door fell off. For security, I had to hold the carrier against me with the door while holding the top and bottom together. It fits perfectly in my car and is spacious.

I read the reviews on this product before purchasing and was pleased that assembly required no screwing. This product would be great if there was quality control in production. If you're confused at any point in the build, good luck getting the pieces out! Sometimes it even takes luck to pick each other's pieces. This product looks great and seems to have all the solutions until you get your hands on it.

I bought 3 of these in advance for a multi-state move with cats because I figured it would give them room to move. There's room in there, but two of the holders didn't come with clips, one had a handle that was hollowed out so you couldn't use it (falls off immediately), and the pins holding them together keep popping out. The gate in the front is loose enough for my cats to unhook (with a rope to keep it closed during the day while we drive). And the base isn't weighted, so if your cat leans…
