Be VERY careful before ordering any of these extensions. The part I received does not fit the gate I purchased, even though the product number is advertised for this product and is exactly the right size. Can't go back

These products can be VERY confusing! This extension will NOT fit the "Safe Glow" model from the same manufacturer. They look VERY similar and I spent an hour putting them together.

Good gate with adaptability. I like how it closes after we pass. Keeps the pup where it needs to be. With all the different extensions that can be ordered, it is easy to adapt the gate to almost any location. We put together various extensions and they worked great (despite what the company says people shouldn't do). We wanted a product that we could move repeatedly so we could gradually give our pup a larger area while he robs him. This gate system was great.

They can't connect to each other. There is only one connection side and it has to go to the gate. I ordered 5 to block a larger opening in the house (such as a mantle opening) and learned the hard way, now I have to return them. The instructions say you can't plug an extension into another extension, but I didn't see that in the product description itself. We kept the gate but now our pup is confined to a much smaller area than we had hoped. I probably would have gone with a different…
