None of the first wicks sent worked. Migawan responded quickly and politely. I received two replacement wicks and so far so good. These wicks are not known for their durability. Theses worked well!

This product is not working properly. I used it and it burned out in 1/2 hour before going out completely. I tried the second one too and the same thing happened. I will return this product. Very disappointed😩 UPDATE: Wick got a replacement. Many Thanks. 👍🏼

This is not a Maison Berger oil lamp wick. That does not fit. Not made in France like all Maison Berger products. It comes in a crappy little box with Chinese writing on it. I ordered this for a friend and she cannot use it and is throwing it away. "Thank you." NO!

I used to have a retail store and had these lamps and used Greenlief wicks/stones. I can't get this wick to work. I soaked the wick until the stone turned dark. Light it until hot and blow out the flame. It doesn't stay hot/warm, it just cools down and doesn't give off any aroma afterwards. I've tried this several times and it happens every time.

You get what you pay for. If you need replacements for a genuine Lampe Berge oil lamp, these will not fit. I burned my hand trying to light it and lost a lot of oil trying to lift the oil to soak the wick and stone. I have been using Lampe Berge for over 7 years and have a lot of experience. They don't stay hot and don't release the flavor well, if at all. I have ordered a Berge wic lamp and will dispose of the product in question.

These wicks only lasted a month! The first few times I lit them they worked great and I thought I'd found a great replacement for the more expensive Lampe Berger wicks. I was wrong. I can let these wicks soak for a few days and they still don't catch fire. They appear to burn off all of the fuel that has seeped into the stone before extinguishing themselves. I even soaked the stone and wicks in lamp oil, thinking it would help, but no. I think it's time to go back to the originals.

The value for money is undeniable. I usually avoid substitutes and took a chance by ordering them. I am very happy to report that these lamp diffuser wicks are as good as a French company looking to discourage potential "fake brand" buyers. The ceramic ring clings very well and firmly to the bottleneck and does not deform over time. The pottery itself has far outlived the hallmark and my use of burns has not given up.
