I think I need a little more practice with the amount of hamburgers I use. This device makes huge burgers. I suggest using a light oil finish on the internals. This will help remove the top of the hamburger more easily without sticking. I made a burger filled with bacon and cheese. The burger was juicy and the cheese melted. The size of the hamburger he makes is food in itself.

I bought this as a gift for my 14 year old grandson for Christmas. Please note that the recipe book can only be downloaded. But I downloaded it and put it in plastic sleeves in his notebook. The MiiKO Stuffed Burger Press is a pretty decent tool for making thick homemade burgers. Burgers hold up well on the grill and hold their shape very well.
