This gadget does a great job of making big burgers. It's very easy to use. Place in the wet burner and press. I use a kitchen scale to make sure I'm using the same amount of meat in every burger. I usually use 1/3 lb, which makes for a good sized burger. Even making a stuffed burger is easy. Nothing complicated here. A design change that might be nice is a slight bulge so the center of the hamburger is thinner than the outside. Raw burgers of the same thickness tend to thicken in the center as they cook. I now overcome this problem by pressing the center of the hamburger with my gloved thumbs,
