This is especially true when measuring a drug where a few milligrams can make a big difference in dosage. Follow the instructions and you will see how accurate it is.

Bought this to go to the Diamond Crater and be able to weigh anything I can find. I needed an inexpensive device to do what I wanted. It meets my needs. Has a small weight to calibrate the device. I have no other way to measure accuracy other than weight. It has multiple weight units, so it should meet the needs of anyone who needs to weigh small items.

The scale appears to be well made. The instructions and instruction label on the device are easy to read and understand. The scale seems pretty accurate. I chose this device based on the price and mg measurement. Mine seems to be accurate at around +/- 2 mg, which is fine unless you're perhaps trying to measure a very small dose of medication. More accurate scales appear much larger.

I picked this scale on purpose because I wanted something more accurate than the 0.01 scale, but this thing is even less accurate. Rocks right out of the box on a flat surface. After calibration it reads 50,000 but if you give it a minute and send the weight back it's usually at least 50,005 and sometimes less. I got this to weigh out the 5mg dose of nootropic powder so the difference is important. Even with the tablet on, the 5mg+ pellet doesn't even register. The reviews seemed to be better…

I love that it comes with all the little accessories from the seller, but I especially love that it comes with its own 50g sizing weight and compartment of the scale for storage!
