There was a crystallized residue on the unit which I thought was brand new! He looked broken. I wasn't happy when I got it!

I was unable to use the item as BOTH times it came with a solution tip that was leaking from the unit and the solution was completely dry. The machine looked like it was running - I turned it on but unfortunately couldn't use the tip. I would like to buy it a third time but I'm tired when it arrives again in this condition.

Received this and tried to measure the ORP in Kangen versus bottled water; I wasn't able to get the numbers I expected. He didn't have the opportunity to climb very high. If you are looking for an ORP meter for Kangen water demonstration, do not choose this meter.

Gauge works properly. I have tested various liquids and am getting positive and negative readings. I used alkaline water to test for negative readings. One reading was -599. The meter comes with a bottle of liquid for storage, but I took more. It comes with a sensor but it's not in the photo. It also comes with a 9 volt battery.
