It worked perfectly and very easy to install. We needed our unit to be picked up off the ground because it was catching to much dirt and leaves while it was bolted to the ground from the rain and wind. Now that it sits up higher off the ground it is less likely to have any issues. Thank you.

The expansion bolts were flimsy, thread tip will fall in wall, held by thin wire around, has to go Ace buy 3/8" anchor bolts and 1/" metal lugs, cost another $7

It came with instructions showing that from their included parts list half the items were missing. So I had to make a trip to the hardware store to make it work.
