Superb customer focused team and excellent communication

The ease of use - it's intuitive to get up & running quickly with no training required! It also allows for multiple users so can be used by more than one department within an organisation without additional cost or hassle (for example if you have members who are not HR staff).The ability to schedule meeting times easily as well using our own internal calendar system rather then relying solely upon Google Calendar/Outlook etc makes this even easier too!!
