The ease of use - it's intuitive to get up & running quickly with no training required! It also allows for multiple users so can be used by more than one department within an organisation without additional cost or hassle (for example if you have members who are not HR staff).The ability to schedule meeting times easily as well using our own internal calendar system rather then relying solely upon Google Calendar/Outlook etc makes this even easier too!! We've been able implement Minits into many departments across my business allowing all employees access via mobile devices such as tablets / smartphones whilst still being centrally managed from HQ where I am currently located at home office hours only.
This means we don't need any IT support when i'm away working remotely meaning less time spent waiting around while they fix issues elsewhere e.g email servers down due to lack of maintenance work carried out during normal day job shifts! Great product great service easy.
